Work Sharp Return Policy?
Worksharptools.com has a 30-day return policy. This means customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The customer will also need their order number to start a return.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, customers are advised to contact Work Sharp immediately so that the issue can be evaluated and rectified. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
For exchanges, the fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item currently in possession, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
As for refunds, customers will be notified once the return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days.
